This Return and Refund Policy sets out your rights and obligations when returning products purchased through our website. Nothing in this Policy affects the statutory rights to which you are entitled as a consumer under Spanish or EU law.
1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire fourteen (14) days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods. The withdrawal period is deemed met if you send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
2. Effects of Withdrawal
Upon withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery charges (that is, the least expensive type of standard delivery offered), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
Reimbursements will be issued using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
3. Return of Goods
If you withdraw, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which you informed us of your decision. This deadline is met if you send the goods back before the fourteen-day period expires.

Return Costs
Unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page or during checkout, you will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
For international returns from outside the European Union, return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us at shop@antiherostudios.com before returning so we can provide return instructions and the documentation required for customs.
If, due to the nature of the goods, they cannot be returned by normal postal service, we will provide information about return costs before the contract is concluded.
4. Condition of Returned Goods
You may handle the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, in the same manner as you would in a physical store. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary for such assessment. If applicable, we may deduct the resulting diminished value from your reimbursement.
5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following categories of goods:
- Products made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.
- Goods that have been used beyond what is necessary to verify their nature, characteristics and functioning.
- Any other exception provided for in applicable law.
Where an item is excluded from withdrawal, this will be clearly indicated on the relevant product page.
6. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you may withdraw from the purchase in accordance with this Policy and place a new order for the desired item. If a different exchange process is offered for certain items, details will be provided on the product page.
7. Defective or Non-Conforming Products
If a product is defective or does not conform to the contract, you are entitled to the statutory remedies provided under Spanish and EU consumer law, including the legal guarantee of conformity. In Spain, consumer goods benefit from a three-year legal guarantee from the date of delivery.
If a product is defective, you may request repair or replacement free of charge. If neither remedy is possible or proportionate, you may request a price reduction or terminate the contract. These rights apply independently of the right of withdrawal.

8. Processing of Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable period and, in any event, within the maximum periods established by law.
